OPTIMADE

OPTIMADE is an API for accessing and interoperating with materials databases, allowing access to data through a unified path to different databases such as AFLOW, Crystallography Open Database, Materials Project, etc. Tools used in OPTIMADE are grouped together as “optimade-python-tools”. optimade-python-tools can be used in conjunction with pymatgen and AiiDA. It also includes a library for converting OPTIMADE format data into structured data files such as CIF, XYZ, etc.
