JARVIS

JARVIS is a data-driven platform developed and maintained by National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to support materials discovery and optimization. It integrates methods such as density functional theory (DFT), classical force fields, machine learning, and quantum computing to provide a large-scale database containing information on material structures, electronic states, thermal, and mechanical properties. Through datasets like JARVIS-DFT and JARVIS-FF, researchers can access extensive material information, while JARVIS-Leaderboard facilitates benchmarking to improve the accuracy and reproducibility of material design methodologies. These resources serve as essential tools for accelerating computational materials science and machine learning-driven material development.
